speedo works and stuff. i checked the cig fuse to see if that was ok so i can at least get a scanner on it.

Mine did that after I replaced the tranny. But it was stuck in first. I could manually shift as well. I checked all the wires and the tailshaft plug wasnt pluged in. It controls the speedo and tells the tranny when to shift. Check that. If thats not it then idk.

ok we just finished bagging my truck...the ecm wont scan on the computer and its stuck in 3rd. it shifts manually fine. in a 96 4.3 auto. any ideas guys? thanks for the help.
