kansas said… - after it was sanded we cleaned it and tack ragged it, sprayed it with some adhestion promoter, then put 4 coats of ppg primer, 1 coats of ppg black sealer, then sprayed 3 coats of ppg black, then sprayed it with 4 coats of ppg clear... ppg sells a product that you can put in the paint its like some flex shit, i would recommend using it cause being on your dash its gonna flex, and with that flex shit you can like bend the plastic and it wont crack the paint...
